1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DripDaddy Wholesale platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are strictly B2B and are not intended for individual consumers.
2. Wholesale Accounts
To purchase from DripDaddy, business entities must apply for and be granted a Wholesale Account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if business credentials cannot be verified.
3. Pricing and Minimums
Prices are subject to change based on global market fluctuations, raw material costs, and logistics surcharges. Each product listed in our catalog carries a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) that must be met for the order to be processed.
4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are Incoterms 2020: EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) as specified in the quote. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods leave our verified hubs or are handed over to the designated carrier.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of DripDaddy Inc. Wholesale partners are granted a limited license to use product imagery for the sole purpose of reselling DripDaddy-sourced goods.
6. Limitation of Liability
DripDaddy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our sourcing services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.
